## Transaction Limits

Limits are derived from:
- payment-provider limits (route/method specific), and
- customer-specific limits (tier-based and/or overrides)

The response returns:
- limits for DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY/ANNUAL windows,
  including provider vs customer sources
